Monthly bills have been exhausting to pay, so telecom companies gave us an option with Annual Prepaid / Postpaid / DTH service. While Annual Plans gave us a little relief, there was also the issue of paying bills individually. Airtel might have just saved us from a trying bill payment with Airtel all in one plan, Known as the Airtel Black Subscription Plan.

Airtel Black a new offer for customers who wish to bundle their post-paid, DTH, and fibre connections into a single payment. To participate in the Airtel Black scheme, a client must bundle two or more Airtel services. The programme also provides you with a single customer service number, a specialised team of service providers, and priority problem and issue resolution.

I had chosen another offer from airtel and there was a little hike in the bill. I also faced network issues but then it was resolved when I contacted them. So till now no issues.

Airtel is going on the same path of BSNL, no signal at home, every time have to come out for talk. Many friends complain that your mobile is coming switched off.

Exactly. Airtel has charged 999 from its customers for lifetime free incoming (upto circle license expiry which was 2032 in Mumbai) and then started charging minimum recharges. Ideally the 999 shouldve been refunded to those who had paid it joy joy joy.
This Airtel n Vodafone looted us for years.
