• Users have reported that sharing or selling the YouTube Premium benefit linked to Flipkart Black may lead to membership cancellation. Flipkart has reportedly cancelled Black Memberships where YouTube Premium benefits were shared in a way that violated YouTube's policies.

• Users have reported that accounts making unusually heavy use of SuperCoins, cashback, coupons, and other BLACK benefits were more likely to have their membership cancelled. Flipkart has not officially confirmed this. Users who maximised SuperCoins usage and placed orders for family/friends OR participated in a lot of 100% Supercoins Back deals are reported to be hit by termination.

• Some users received emails stating that their Flipkart transactions violated the BLACK program's Terms & Conditions. However, Flipkart did not specify which transactions caused the cancellation. But in general it’s observed that if you are making several bigger purchases in a short period of time, your Black membership might get cancelled.
