To cancel a Flipkart order, follow the steps below:

1. To cancel an order, open the Flipkart app

2. Visit your orders section here - https://www.flipkart.com/account/orders

3. Select the order you want to cancel

4. Make sure you are cancelling your order within 24 hours

5. Make sure the order you are cancelling isn’t shipped already to avoid cancellation charges

6. Click on “edit order” and select “I want to cancel my order”

7. Click on “cancel order”

8. Select your reason for cancelling

9. Click on “submit request”

10. Wait for 24 hours to receive a refund for prepaid orders

Following are the charges and fees on Flipkart orders:

• Handling fee for COD orders (usually ₹5)

• Platform fee (usually ₹3 to ₹14)

• Offer handling fee (usually ₹49)

• Convenience fee (usually ₹3 to ₹49) for select users only
