Galaxy Unpacked 2024: Samsung S24 Series coming on 17th Jan to India
Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event will launch its 1st smartphone series of the year in S24 on 17th January. It will be focused on AI (artificial intelligence) and is expected to be the smartest mobile from Samsung till date.
The Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event will be held in SAP Center, San Jose, California. Live streaming will start at 11:30 pm (IST) on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel. You can register for this event to get all the latest updates. Besides, Samsung's previous launch were the A25 and A15 smartphones.

Samsung S24 is expected to be priced at ₹79,999 (onwards) while S24 Plus can start from ₹99,999, and S24 Ultra at ₹1,29,999. Jan 2024 is going to have many upcoming smartphone launches so there's a lot on offer!
In 2023 when S23 was launched, Samsung came up with free storage upgrades and offered Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Buds 2 at high discounts as launch offers so S24 will be on similar lines
As others have pointed out before, the best time to get a Samsung Galaxy S is at launch and then during the holiday season / BBD sales.
I think these extra deals will be mentioned on the launch time. Current offer of ₹5000 extra is for pre-reserve only.
Samsung imo, as they may provide some extra benifits like last time they were providing wireless charger in the combo or free (can't remember exactly).
I'm very excited for the S24
Have been looking for a compact phone that is actually good. Had my eyes set on Asus Zenfone 9 and 10, but they weren't launched in India. I think the S24 will be my only choice now...I just wish Samsung did something magical with its battery which was pathetic on the S22 and okayish at best on the S23. Not sure if the 8 Gen 3 heats a lot like the 8 Gen 1 though, since its winter and we just have one phone with that processor yet.
SakataGintok, Bro Google Pixel is best android mobile especially if you keep it for long time. 7 yrs of update and their smoothness is beyond world.
Samsung will match the Pixel's 7 year update guarantee on the S24 series.
