The MagicOS was so smooth and refined...I hope it's still what it used to be.

Honor hardware and UI are the best in budget android. Hope we don't get Realme UI, it sucks.
Isn't Honor like a sub-brand of Huawei ? Similar to how Redmi is a sub-brand of budget offering whereas it's parent Xiaomi is upper-mid range to premium.
sateeshmkt wrote:True, a combination of EMUI and a Kirin chipset would do the job for me. Though I believe Honor is releasing more of its phones now with SD and MTK processors. Let's see what happens.
EMUI is one of the best skin on top of Android. I have used it for more than 9 years. Wish kirin chipsets are back. I wish best of luck to honor.

Nice! I'm using Honor smartphone since 2018 as a primary device, their smartphones are top notch. I'd love to buy another great smartphone from Honor if they ever release it.

If Honor launches a phone now, I'll be among the first few to buy it.
used honor 4x, eagerly waiting for their launch

Nope, we won't get the Realme UI in an Honor phone, that's impossible.
good. really need some competition in 15k segment.
Sahil_Jain wrote:I'm pretty sure, they went through that arrangement just to avoid the US sanctions on Huawei. Huawei was always rumoured to be partly held by Chinese PSU's. Second, if getting Realme UI or any other brand's UI lets Honor enter the highly competitive Indian smartphone market (which Honor can easily rule since people love their phones), they will not allow such a thing because it will mean more competition for them.
Third, one of Honor's biggest selling points is its MagicOS/EMUI (both are the same). So the brand itself won't replace its UI. Also, what different would an Honor phone be if it runs on Realme UI? There won't be a single reason for others to buy Honor phones because Realme can provide the same specs as Honor too.

People even claim that Honor's phones were so good and long-lasting so that China could spy on others for even longer, which actually makes sense. But we can't do anything but trust our Government to inspect the brand thoroughly before letting it sell its smartphones here. Fingers 🤞
OMG finally.......!
