@FighterMan bro you haven’t not complete reasearch they don’t require old device they just require imei number of a 4g phone we can check imei number from back if phone is not in working condition for proof i am uploading whatsapp group chat of jio retailers group.

Yes go to nearby stores of reliance digital or jio,if you register on their website they will call you , however i bought it recently and the build quality is not good very fragile not old model they have changed the entire model now it is made of mud plastic easily breakable

This phone doesn’t make any sense. Went to jio store few days back.. In hand feel is cheap plastic, phone is laggy that too when new, touch feels like using decade old phone and the main thing is that jio phone plans not applicable on this phone. You need to do regular smartphone recharge. So its a useless device.

Soon it will be available for 2k i feel when reliance realises there are no more takers for shitty device and it’s better to dispose it off than occupying huge space in warehouses etc.

Thanks a ton for clarification or confirmation about jiophone plans. This device is a dud without jiophone plans.
