Hi bro just wanted to appreciate you putting in the effort for this. Good thread with insights! Keep it up

I do not agree with you @Sahil_Jain on realme narzo design being beautiful. Its among the worst and reminds us of the previous chinese phone era in the last decade. Realme with these designs will decline for sure and redmi also lost the plot.
Looks are subjective and what looks good to me might not actually be good. Let's just hope that the phone turns out to be well.

Is there any chance of launching Samsung s23 fe? @Sahil_Jain
Samsung would soon launch its Galaxy S21 FE with SD 888 (I don't understand what's the brand thinking) and they would not launch another phone to compete either with the SD S21 FE or their new S23 if the S23 FE costs anywhere around the same price.
Also, there was news that Samsung won't launch any new S series Fan Edition phones, like the whole series was to be discontinued. But recent rumors say that we might get an S22/23 FE but that too in the last quarter of the year.
nOne123 wrote:I might disagree because this year looks far better than 2022 for smartphones in my opinion. But opinions are subjective and I might be wrong too.
Very bad year for mobiles

S21 fe with snapdragon chipset is confirmed. Question is what will be the price? What will happen to cheaper Exynos chipset s21 fe? Will it be available with cheaper price? S23 fe launch with Exynos again..whats the price? Probably s23 fe with Exynos and s21 fe with SD will coexist with 10k price difference

Samsung's A54 has a poor chipset, last time I tried to edit a picture, it hanged forever. Showroom owner came along and suggested to use different technique, lol. The price of A54 should decrease as the processor is weak and same that of F54. Camera of S21 fe and a54 fe is same for regular uses.

The S23 FE would probably be priced around 55-60K since the S23 is generally available for 70-75K.
Ramushamu23 wrote:That would make no difference, trust me. Even if the brand reduces the prices of both these phones, they'll still come with the same processor which will ruin the overall experience of all users. That processor might be justifiable at around 20K at most. But there's no chance that we would get the A54 or F54 for anywhere below 25K without card discounts.Samsung's A54 has a poor chipset, last time I tried to edit a picture, it hanged forever. Also, I noticed how Samsung has started using its Exynos chipset in so many phones, which might be a bit concerning.

It was also shocking for me too. I was looking for a Samsung phone with Snapdragon(SD) processor(budget Segment of 20k-30k). And there were devices with SD processors like F23 5G(lower budget device) and M52 5G which was my favourite. But, now a days Samsung is launching mostly Exynos Processors in its budget segment(and I have experienced Exynos Processors are among the worst even in the 40k-50k range). Some are getting Mediatek which are older versions(A34 5G). I was very eager to buy one from Samsung but I think now I will have to go with Moto Edge 40 as Samsung is again busy in promoting its third class processors which will cost it dearly in the budget segment.

I am also not in favour. 2022 didn't get any excited launches, but it is the very much opposite this year. I am also searching for a budget segment(20k-30k) device for a year. However, I think this year I will be able to get one. There are many launches already. Some of these are Moto Edge 40, Realme 11 Series, Nord 3, Nord CE 3, Samsung Galaxy A34 etc. So, this year is good for smartphones. You may differ and that will be totally understandable.

Samsung's plan of using Exynos chipsets should backfire and I hope it does. The sad part is that many uninformed users would still buy those phones just because they believe in the brand.

Not your fault. You don't have any good options to choose from.
nOne123 wrote:Yes, they all are overpriced. But, are there any other options within 20k-30k having clean UI(no bloatware), good connectivity(not in terms of specs like VIVO etc), good processor(Antutu score of 5L+ and not Exynos), ample amount of battery(more than 4500mAh), reputed brand(not like Infinix etc) and of latest android version with future 2-3 android updates? My choices were Samsung S20FE(Android 13 is the maximum), Samsung Galaxy M52(not available currently and Android 13 is the maximum), OnePlus Nord 2T(Android 14 being the last update), Moto Edge 20 Pro, Moto Edge 20 Fusion etc. And one thing that I notice in all the segment smartphones is the use of SD 695 processor(which is not good). The previous 5 are my best picks but lack one or more of my expected features in a smartphone. Is there any other smartphone would you like to recommend for me?
