Never buy anything Reliance or Jio as those products have been always substandard just thirdclass chinese Jio or LYF stamped products which do not last more then 3-6 months . They do not honor warranty will give shit reasons to deny it.

Seems to be a locked SIM 4G tablet with a keyboard, running on stripped down android with limited apps.
HP 11A chromebook is presently available on Amazon at 16990 plus 1250 instant discount on SBI card and 500 coupon cashback. It does not have a SIM slot, but can run chrome apps, android apps and linux apps.

So this won't work on Wifi?
@guest_999 @getready

It does support WI-FI but don't get this junk. These are ARM based laptops/tablets running on JioOS (most likely unofficial fork of Phoenix/BlissOS) and after-sales service is very bad and the software updates / bug fixes will be at the mercy of the source company

To develop the product, Jio is partnering with China-based Bluebank Communication Technology, an engineering firm that creates mobile devices and develops software for third-parties, according to documents reviewed by XDA. On its website, Bluebank proudly mentions its work creating products that run KaiOS, a mobile operating system for feature phones, and includes images of both generations of Reliance’s JioPhone.

Even for wifi to work smoothly you need proper drivers & I seriously doubt that for this model. No point in having a wifi that is more unreliable than Dhani app cb system nowadays. smile

May be similar to chromebook .. EMMC storage is a definite No for a laptop. All going to Landfill 1-2 years later. Spend this money on a decent Tablet and it will be handy and work for atound 5-6 years..

Its just a Android tablet with keyboard, nothing else..

It would have been better if it shipped with a proper OS like Chrome OS or any light weight Linux distribution
