Further, Samsung added that the Samsung Upgrade Offer also called the Galaxy Forever program is available on Samsung.com and across 1,500+ Samsung Experience Stores nationwide.

The Samsung Galaxy Forever program is a new ownership model that allows customers to own a new Samsung Galaxy flagship every year at half the price with a 50% upfront discount against assured buyback after one year and a no-questions-asked-return policy powered by Samsung Care+.

Important Note: The Samsung Galaxy Forever program has a fee of ₹749.92 [for 12 months] for customers who pay via Samsung Finance+ (no-cost) OR a fee of ₹374.96 [24 months] for those who pay via credit card (no-cost).

Here’s how the Samsung Galaxy Forever Program or Samsung Upgrade Offer Works:

In simpler words, the Samsung Galaxy Upgrade program offers customers 3 options:

• Own & Upgrade: Own a flagship Galaxy S26 series device by paying only 50% of its cost over 12 no-cost EMIs and if you wish to upgrade, hand back your S26 and switch to the newest Galaxy flagship next year with a new 50% payment plan for the new phone.

• Return: By the end of the year, if you do not wish to upgrade your S26 device and neither wish to keep it, you can give the phone back to Samsung and walk away. The "Assured Buyback" covers the remaining 50% you owe*

• Keep: If you wish to keep your S26 “forever”, you pay the remaining 50% of the price to own the phone forever. Credit card users can split this into 12 more EMIs, while Samsung Finance+ users pay it in one go in the 13th month.
