Swiggy One Membership Price to be Increased from 4th August!

Guys, they are actually extending it. From the actual Expiry date to a year. So you should take it. I just did

Thanks to Desi Dime, I recently got to buy Swiggy One Subscription for my secondary account at just Rs. 450 (Including the 10% cashback from Airtel Axis Credit Card) and within few weeks I recovered the 450 I had spent for purchasing the subscription. Had I not joined Desi Dime I would have not noticed that offer. Same with the Airtel Credit Card. I'm able to get lots of updated information about price hikes and offers from Desi Dime which helped me in saving money.

And now with this price hike and still more than 11 months to go, I feel it was almost offered for FREE. But realistically Rs. 1999 is way too much. Swiggy will decrease it in a few months when most number of people stop renewing just like they did when they reduced minimum order value to Rs. 149 from Rs. 199. If not I don't see them successful when Amazon Food launches all over India.

They have already jacked up food prices by 30 to 40% in Chennai

I see on FAQ that the swiggy one membership could not be extended till expiry.. Dang you guys: How did you guys extend for years :)

Paid 2 times for extending membership it got extended for 2 years till 2024 😎

What if I renew my current plan & extend it for 1 year paying the old pricing, will I be able to enjoy the new benefits given by swiggy dine-in (Dineout) after 4th August?

Swiggy will increase its Swiggy One membership price starting Aug 4, 2022. The reasons might be inclusion of Swiggy Diners (dine out program), delivery charge hike (protests by Swiggy delivery guys in Bangalore recently for low payout on long distances), and others.

Swiggy has started sending notifications to its users on the Swiggy App regarding this price hike. It reads like this:

Swiggy Cares replied on Twitter that its new prices will go upto ₹1999 (refer KingRocks’s thread shown above), and based on the App notification we have predicted the new plan prices of Swiggy One. Now, Swiggy One Membership New Plans are launched with exact prices revealed.
