Xiaomi's product range in India appears to be growing, with the firm launching its 2-in-1 Xiaomi flash drive on 21st January 2022. It is an ideal pen drive for students or other professionals, as it is 2 in 1. This shows that it contains both a USB-A and USB-C port. It will work easily on older computers and smartphones, as well as on newer computers and smartphones.

It comes in 64 GB and 128 GB storage options. The most powerful version, according to what has been released, features USB 3.2 first-generation, which provides read rates of 150 MB/second.

The interface is sleek, and a metallic finish prevails, ensuring that it will last for a long time. We only saw a reference to the storage space and Xiaomi logo on the exterior.

The USB-A connector supports Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11, as well as MacOS 10.6 and subsequent versions, according to what has been revealed. On devices that enable OTG, it supports Android 4.4 or later when using the USB-C connector.

Xiaomi Flash Drive price and availability

For the time being, it's only available in China on sites like Youpin and Xiaomi Mall for the equivalent of 14 euros (in the 64 GB version) and 24 euros (in the 64 GB version) (in the 128 GB version). There's no indication on when the Xiaomi flash drive will be available in India, but it'll only be a matter of time until we see it online on Amazon and Flipkart.

Let us know what are your thoughts on the Xiaomi flash drive, will it be useful for you?

Looks decent, but Sandisk Lux wins handsdown if the Euro price translate to INR price in India. That thing is probably the most luxurious and quality pendrive I ever held.

We will have to wait for the update in India. My guess is that it would be around 1 year.

The product shows 5 years, but they just replace card/Pendrive at the service center if you have registered card ID on the SanDisk warranty portal.
