    AJIO has one of most pathetic quality check, delivery standards and customer care service. I had ordered a couple of superdry T-shirt’s recently and it was a COD, I got the delivery and paid cash for it . When I opened the parcel one of T-shirt’s did not have tags on them and the other one had magnetic strip on it and the packing was so pathetic because of which the both T-shirts were dirty .     I oredered for about Rs.3000 from this good for nothing site. What received was not what i ordered they sent a much cheaper kurtis and they would not take it back. Loss of money, loss of time... dont fall for the upvotes most probably done by their pr team. Same happned to a friend of mine also. view more

    It is the worste shopping experience I have ever experienced I have ordered 3items from store itself and they have sent me proper bill and the pant I have received is wrong product not the one I have ordered and not the one which is mentioned in there bill too and it a birthday occasion for which I wanted the dress for and MISS.Kadambari the supervisor from Mumbai customer care spoke to me for an hour and made to book return request my end and I did as the instructions provided to me and next... view more

    Ajio is owned by jio (reliance industries) They supply original clothing directly from their warehouses, so the prices are very reasonable as well There are ample offers through affiliate cashback and coupons Delivery time is short and the delivery procedure is very smooth as well In case of refunds, customer care is always very helpful view more

    I ordered a pair of white converse shoe as a gift for a friend. They attempted 3 deliveries but they never came to my house nor ring me up.every delivery i call the customer care but they always told me to wait till the last promised date...that was an excuse coz they attempted 3 times but never reached me .they didn't allow us to have the deliveryman phone number.the product should be delivered before 2nd November but on that final day they attempted once more but they ddnt reach me agai... view more

    I ordered ajio jeggings.. But unfortunately it was like jeans. And its been only 15 days, full color is gone.. Its rough and hard to wear.. And it cost me around 1800.it was just waste of money.fully unsatisfied. Bad quality product. view more

    I Haven’t seen such a terrible service before by any of the well renowned online sellers. The worst service provider ever ia "AJIO". I Purchased a jeans which is a unfit for me and hence I wanted to return it back. I placed a returned request immediately on next date and since then no one is coming to pick the product back.
