<p>on 13th Oct’15, While I was browsing for a Power Bank on Amazon, a message flashed that there was a lightening sale on the product, offering extra 22% discount for next 15 minutes. I immediately ordered the product and paid online through credit card.</p> <p>The order was accepted, and dispatched from Delhi to Mumbai in next 2 days. <p>I have had a very bad experience with shopping with Amazon. Lot of terms and conditions which are not so highlighted and are used later on to their advantage. Even when a product is a misfit they refuse to return. After chasers to customer support who is very unhelpful you get nothing. Even you try and add negative feedback on their website they decline it. That is why so many bad products are still being bought by users and Amazon still shows good reviews.
