Now this is service. This is what you will tell once you shop with amazon. The ease and quick response by the customer care makes it the best customer care by an e retailer for me ( i buy from flipkart and snapdeal). I haven't returned anything, so cant rate on that(had to rate to publish review). The only con for me is the lack of extra filters in the website and the packaging has come down a bit lately. But still its not the worse. I would very much recommend amazon, you will never regret it. view more

Hi All Amazon Customers, I ordered a tripod from Amazon seller(Smiledrive)through Amazon.in.On receiving the product I didn't like it so placed a return request within 24 hrs of receiving it. But to my surprise the seller was unwilling to take it back and his excuse was *"since the item is as per the description we can't process a return request.*I even requested for purchasing another item in exchange." What can i say about amazon..... frankly speaking, I have never experienced this kind of service before. Flipkart is close but even it is not that close. Be it merchandise, promotions, shipping, returns, refunds anything.... amazon is superb. Very exhaustive list of merchandise. I started purchasing online product nearly 3 years back. Flipkart used to be my first and last choice and I never had to look here and there.
