Till date i have made lot of puchases at amazon india and almost all purchases were satisfied except 1 or 2. When comparing Lightning deal with other amazon is the best i feel.Rest i am happy with this store.

Amazon’s delivery system is 3rd class. delivery person enters fake reasons not to deliver the product. they are such a shameless that when i myself call them time to time they says your no was out of reach. I m from faridabad and i face the same problem all the time.

<p>Now this is service. This is what you will tell once you shop with amazon. The ease and quick response by the customer care makes it the best customer care by an e retailer for me ( i buy from flipkart and snapdeal). <p>Amazon.in truly is my first preference in buying online. 100% customer satisfaction at every aspect. The only thing which i dislike about amazon is its old outdated website interface and product description pages, which Flipkart ranks the top of the list. <p>What can i say about amazon….. frankly speaking, I have never experienced this kind of service before.
