I have purchased tamron 70-300mm USD lens which cost me 25K but received just free gift as jacket. once contacted customer care they just asked me for refund, later once have long arguments they offered me price match scenario which was so cumbersome process. My question to Amazon is that if you had make a mistake, simply rectify it by sending me another piece of lens in next 2-3 days but not. they was asking me to purchase once again, and new price was 5K higher than my last. Amazon doesn't provide Exchange/replacement facility. This is the very bad Online shopping site. I had bought Nikon camera but not received Nikon Chargeable battery with charger. I had requested to replace/exchange new Item. But Amazon saying, That" we donot provide exchange/replacement facility. if you can refund of Product then you can send Item yourself courier. so very bad experience online shopping like Amazon .
