<p>I have purchased tamron 70-300mm <span class="caps">USD</span> lens which cost me 25K but received just free gift as jacket. once contacted customer care they just asked me for refund, later once have long arguments they offered me price match scenario which was so cumbersome process. <p>Amazon doesn’t provide Exchange/replacement facility. This is the very bad Online shopping site. I had bought Nikon camera but not received Nikon Chargeable battery with charger. I had requested to replace/exchange new Item.
