I ordered a memory card and paid the money thru online payment. It happened on 29th Dec 2011. Credit card statement shows: "*Rs 159.00 was spent on your Credit Card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 29-DEC-11 at AXIO PROFESSIONAL SO*." Its almost 3 months now. I called them multiple times. What a worst customer service and they dont have policy on returns and replacement :( How can a company that even run by IIT alumnis work without a policies? Friends don’t even think of purchasing from koovs … they have the world’s worst services . I purchased a htc salsa on 1st october and they delivered on 20th october after a 7 days delivery gaurantee . They have the worst customer care services .
