hello friends. I would never recommend anyone to buy from koovs. They delivered my products to someone else and never updated me. When i give call and ask for pickup, they asked me to return the product when i do not have product. When i talked to their customer care executive, the way they reply is just same message and when i told that i will provide bad reviews, he said no problem. Have never got such experience with amazon and i would prefer it as best one. view more

Koovs is simply a cheat. I have ordered a skirt with.order no. 2232069. After 2 days I recieved my order but the docket which I.got has wrong product. I recieved a jeans instead of skirt . I returned it back and recieved message it is gone for quality check. After that I.got a message your quality check.has been failed. Hi, I am an online shopper. I regularly use flipkart, amazon, myntra, jabong, snapdeal, etc. This is the first time I used koovs and I was totally pissed-off. I've placed an order on Aug 03, 2015 and I received the confirmation mail from koovs on the same day. I recently returned on order which was not a good fit for me but still after 8 days I am sicking for refund in my koovs wallet. I raised complaint 3 times by emailing [email protected] but never got any reply from customer service. Its better to do charity instead of buying from this so called koovs website. Very very awful and disgusting website. Tshirt sizes also differ from same brand. i went to koovs from link posted some other website, after surfing whole site i found there are lots of stuff related to female, and the outfits are so trendy and more fashionable, i ordered a dress to check the quality and delivery of koovs. i was amazed to see that they did that with in three days, maintaing high quality of fabrics with good packaging. i am really happy to see response of koovs and i will be continuing buying from koovs in future. ::-} view more

I wrote numerous mails to Koovs customer care and Mr Sanjay Howlader for the refund of my money against order#387696 dated 13Jan2012. Even i raised the request for refund online. The complaint against the order is started immediately after receiving defected product. I spoke to customer service thrice also but neither money is not refunded nor the product is replaced till now. So I am approaching Consumer forum to initiate the action against the company.
