Myntra keeps sending promotional msgs saying 50% off etc. But what they actually do is that they increase the price to double and then show 50% off. When myntra launched at that time their prices were reasonable now they dont offer real discounts. Products are not worth the price. Its better to shop in stores. view more

Order No : 23129477 ‎I ordered a Kurti with XL size and received a xs size. On confirming for exchange, got a response that exchange is not available but I could return the Kurti and then reorder. They don't give any discounts whatsoever. Will always get cheaper at Jabong or other places. The coupons they provide never worked for me. They always reserve coupons for specific items only and falsely advertise that it's for whole section or website-wide. Ordered a shirt for my gf 5 days in advance to be delivered on her B'day or before but they took 8 days. No wonder they sold out to flipkart. view more

This has been the most awful experience ever. I'm a constant e shopper and have never had any issues with delivery with Flipkark, Snapdeal, Amazon or another portal I order from. The delivery staff was rude, mean and abusive when I said I wanted to swipe the card, a facility which all of them offer. He called me stupid and left. I had terrible time while dealing with Myntra. This was my first requirement posted with Myntra and received confirmation on date of receipt. But even after speaking with the area staff delivering the order and confirming delivery time he didnt reached. We waited for the whole date and kept on calling while he choose not to pick phone.
