<p>I ordered a Maxi dress with Jacket on Myntra and I did not receive the jacket with the dress. When I reached out Myntra customer support their response is terrible. Customer service is just useless. They will just say that you will get an update in 48 hrs and after 4 days I get a stupid email saying your claim is denied. <p>I had ordered Woodland sandal 13 days ago, they said will receive my delivery within 7 days but I haven’t got any update on it. When I called to know about the delivery they said will receive the product in the next 72 hours. it’s been 4 days now again no update, I called them again. One of the horrible experience have faced in past 5 years. Though the problem already conveyed to the Myntra customer care but didn’t take any necessary action against delivery guy . And it’s very difficult to contact the customer service executive to reach them when customer is in a problem.. service of Myntra really very annoying & it’s sucks .

<p>After using Myntra for 5 years now i feel they are cheating, i was a regular customer of myntra and bought lot of cloths, footwear from it. When we go to showroom we do try lot of varieties before buying here also just by seeing image we cant buy and keep it, so i used to order whichever was looking good in picture and finally keep only those which i was satisfied. They canceled my order before it got delivered after waiting 3 weeks, and the only way to get it was to reorder. In the meantime the price went higher and they would not even give me a coupon to get it at the same price!!! I would rather pay double and order on amazon.
