I ordered NBA casual shoes previous week.. On the first place, it was delivered very late and secondly, Packaging was totally damaged plus….. Discount offered was futile and . Prices fluctuates day by day only gets high like why? !! 😑! view more

<p>I order a black wallet for two time but deliver me me same wrong product at two time..the seond order was pick up at 16 march for the returned and my money has to refund before 22nd of march but still not yet criteted.its gonna be one month..when i call up telling me to wait for 24hrs to update for refund..i hve been waiting for 122 hrs but still the same no process has beeen taken. <p>I have ordered two products. Refund request is to be requested on mytra account. And it is already updated in there previous data. But again they refund it in my myntra wallet. There delivery boy mr Sagar also communicated the same that you will get it in the account. For that you will get an mail and you have to farward your account details. <p>Horrible experience not once but I gave few chances to see maybe something might change but they have the worst customer service and the customer service executives are just dumb ignorant and arrogant people. ORDER NO: 1101405-5679785-9507301 very bad quality shoes. I ordered shoes and started using from 12-02-2019 and today (28-March-2019) the shoes is completely torn i.e. the sole of the shoe got completely separated. So the life of the shoe was only 47 days. Is this expected ? I am highly disappointed with this product. To be very honest, I am not going to visit myntra.com after today. I just wasted my valuable money for this product.
