they will not provide any cashback and when you call him for cashback they will tell you that you will get cashback, and once they delivered your product then they will tell you that your product was not eligible for that cashback,even you will not get any correct information.They will blame you only that we have already mentioned all the terms and conditions.

Stop selling duplicate product. Myntra does not pick up its own delivered damaged products. very bad experiance, do not buy any product on myntra.. customer care not resolve querry. Myntra is a cheater, fraud and a liar. Their customer service agents, supervisor and manager are the biggest liars and stupid fellows in this online Corporate services. Myntra sell duplicate products of all brand. Beware of these stupid brand. specially don’t go for buy #Redtape Products.

<p>Myntra app claimed an instance discount of 10% on hdfc credit card and I placed a order through <span class="caps">HDFC</span> credit card and I had also taken a screenshot of the ad which was showing instance discount of 10% and after placing the order I didn’t get the discount so I raised complain to myntra and myntra support replied saying there was no offer on the date I placed the order. <p>I have been a loyal customer for as long as Myntra has existed but I need to write this review today as it is high time Myntra needs to revise their return and quality check process. <p>Myntra blatantly cheated me regarding a refund. There were 3 refunds(2 are same amounts(1169.31)) but only 2 amounts reflected in my card. When I checked with them, eventually, they sent me manipulated, edited emails and their ph. care agents also told lies as per emails.They dont share their email to me to share thheir manipulated emails details. Very bad courier services . On so many days after order did not get any response from customer services . Their voice is very noisy no other medium to contact them . And still not get my parcel . Money is already paid by card.
Disappointing . Don’t buy anything from myntra it’s froud , fake people, . Not want to give 1 star at above option . Review is also deleted by them . Please be aware from myntra

Very bad experience...I handed over all my return requested 3 items to delivery agent but still status of return is not changed yet.Still out for pick up..After some time received the message that your items will pick within 7 days but items are already picked by delivery agent.And tried to call delivery agent number not reachable ..I want the refund of my items
