I have been a regular customer at Myntra and have been shopping since years on their website. Last week I placed an order worth 8,000 Rs 3 days after placing the order I went on the website to track my order delivery and I was unable to login as Myntra has de activated my account and locked it for some reason. I got gift card from my friend. And I created new account mistakenly with different email address which is not mine. And added gift card to that account. Myntra doesn't confirmed any email id. And at the time of placing order the OTP is going to  that email id which I can't access. I had called Myntra customer care and told please transfer that 1500/- to my email id or change the email id at your end. But the response was worst. They can't trust on their customers.they said call to google.... view more

I would strongly recommend it would be better to buy from street rather than Myntra. I ordered t shirt of my choice received a different colour quality worst than 100rs street t shirt Product no 2 One black casual shirt for 1500 but received 100rs quality shirt Come on You guys seriously need to work on quality of product view more

Transferred my amount of rupees 4163 in someone else’ Account and I got to know this after chasing them for about 12 days. I called them about not receiving my amount, they asked to send bank statement. Before sending bank statement I asked whether to send like as it is or in pdf, they said as it is and once I send they mailed to send in pdf. I order a black wallet for two time but deliver me me same wrong product at two time..the seond order was pick up at 16 march for the returned and my money has to refund before 22nd of march but still not yet criteted.its gonna be one month..when i call up telling me to wait for 24hrs to update for refund..i hve been waiting for 122 hrs but still the same no process has beeen taken. I have ordered two products. Refund request is to be requested on mytra account. And it is already updated in there previous data. But again they refund it in my myntra wallet. There delivery boy mr Sagar also communicated the same that you will get it in the account. For that you will get an mail and you have to farward your account details.
