When someone orders something and deliver by Myntra then what about the further step which is not working from myntra.why customer will use this kind of poor service provider Myntra app that is cannot pick up even wrong product delivered.. really very disappointing experience I will suggest nobody to use this pathetic Myntra app and who are using it i will tell in my whole group to stop using it

Scamsters. Had ordered a Mango Wallet on 31 Jan 2023. Paid online. Recieved a battered old bag. Myntra is refusing to send me the correct bag. It has been more than a week. SHAME ON THEM. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNRELIABLE. CUSTOMER CARE IS A SHAM.

Myntra has started cheating its customers from last few years. I am a victim too. I've received a used dirty shirt which is different from what I ordered. I got sick since it was dirty and hospitalized. Myntra didn't even care to accept the return pickup of the product.

And obviously worst is the synonym of their customer support team.

Do not belive in the company. I am not getting refund after 22 days and customer support team is useless. 

They are not response after payment collection.
