<p>Highly Unprofessional behavior by Myntra employees. I had requested return of this product because it was not delivered on time. Still it has been 15 days but no updates from Myntra. They have deliberately marked it as an failed attempt without even coming to my home for pickup. I have all the proofs with me. I had order for a crocs on 30 June and I have received this product 1july. They sent me wrong product and I have compliant lots of time at customers care. They said that we have changed this product but delivery boy come to pick up order. He refused to pick the product. I suggest to every one stop online shopping from Myntra app. I have very bad experience to Myntra.

<p>I had ordered a Street 9 trouser and I got delivered a damaged product with broken zip and waist hook but to my shock Myntra Refuses to take return saying product was intact and was delivered after quality check. <p>Hi Mam</p> <p>I ordered the product from mytra on 24 June 2023 which should be delivered by 26 June 2023. When I reached out to the team they have an open ticket and said it will be done by 30 June 2023 but still I didn't get the order again they mention I need to wait for more than 48 hours. Myntra showed the product as delivered and I still didn't get the product. I talked with customer care and they didn't respond to our complaint and said we are telling lie. This is the delivery person who took the product and marked as delivered. Our money gone. Not trustable app

Had extremly bad delivery and costumer service.

I places an order on myntra but it never got delivered but it showed as delivered in app.

I raised a concern regarding it then myntra said that we had a window of 5 days to raise the concern so now we cannot help you.

firstly they did not mentioned this policy anywhere and secondly this is not my concern if myntra’s delivery agents are not doing their work properly.
