<p>Wrong item received, called the help desk for exchange for correct product for more than 6 times, support team is very bad and not updating the delivery person for exchange hence delivery person is not exchanging he has only the product photo and he doesn't have the wrong items photo even after we send it to customer care, even after calling them for 10 times and each call will last long more than 1hr the issue is not resolved. Myntra is very worst in service .they provided lowest quality and cloth and denied to do return .just to se that cloth.

Being an myntra insider they treated like this I will suggest please double check your cart before ordering because they can deny anytime.

Also I ll put this in Twitter also as we value our money and because of trust we buy .if they are unable to help anyway why we are wasting our money to myntra?

<p>I returned my product and asked them to refund money as myntra credits. Money got credited in myntra account. But when I again ordered something they charged me convenience fee of 300 on a product of 800. Now my credit amount was 700. Means In order to get my money adjusted of rs 700 I have to pay 300 extra. I got three cash on delivery products from myntra but while paying for it the delivery guy made me scan 4 items. I ended up paying 650 extra. Its been three weeks yet no resolution yet. Really bad service.

<p>Please be careful with Myntra guys, gone are the days when we close our eyes and once trusted them so much that they have now started scamming their own customers, My Account was hacked and someone placed unauthorized order using my Wallet bal.
