I am waiting for my package since yesterday...got a call from courier service on 9th that we couldn't deliver today will do it tomorrow.. but did not receive it till now ..if I track it shows that it came twice in the hub close to my address and went back to the other far off hub...I am traveling tomorrow and have no wollens to carry and now have no time to go to buy

Every time orde is cancelled by Myntra itself if the product is in discount offer.

Don't purchase anything from myntra they are stolen the money and sending faulty items and rejecting to accpt the shoe and ear buds I would suggest you to please don't purchase from Myntra.

Also they will delete my review from here and and they have deleted my numerous reviews from myntra app too.

They are liers first they say we don't have managers and then they transfer the chat or call to another agents and they talk as a manager.

Worst customer service ever. their supervisors will hang up the phone over you, without solving the issue, I've recorded their conversation. I've ordered t-shirt and they have delivered trouser. They won't escalate the issue to managers, how to get my money back.

I have ordered 5 products in a single cart but i only receive 2 products and remaining 3 are missing but in order history  it shows delivered. After verifying from customer care executive they didn't resolve my issue because I delayed few hours in raising complaint. Actually I was waiting for 3 more products to deliver. From company side they didn't help me in tracking these missing products.
