The most crap company ever seen. The products delivered are used and useless. Also different from regular discription. My story is ordered a set of 9 kitchen serving set. When got the package saw only 3 of them.
After contacting one of their members I became shocked to here the words. They said that 9 pieces means 3 caps , 3 vessels and 3 spoons. From now on I will never buy crap products from this crap,fake and useless company

Very bad services. Gadgets are of cheap quality and they stop working in just week. Naaptol wont give your moneyback and provide you voucher. So you have to buy another cheap product.Also reviews on their site is all fake. Bcz when i have them review of product i got msg that it will be modified by our internal team before uploading. I bought a handy sewing machine which turned out to be faulty.I have been trying to get in touch for resolution of my complain since eternity and getting condolence calls only .Their delivery boys called on Tuesday and nobody comes to take the parcel. When I called back person claimed to be on leave from 2-3 days and No alternate person was send for complain resolution.
