Most fraudulent app or company. We had ordered a product and it's size was very small as compared to what was shown on app. When we reached out to support team, they weren't even ready to talk and disconnected the call in between. Same product was available on Amazon and Flipkart for more cheaper prize. Never buy anything from this fraudulent company.

I ordered 2 robo cars and they were not working.. when I called customer care centre, the executive was extremely rude and saying we don't have a return/refund policy. We can't do anything about defective product. Please don't order anything from naaptol, they are cheaters & the company is just for fraud purposes to cheat people and the customer care executives are also very rude.

I ordered a robo car whose front wheels are not rotating due to which car is not moving forward. Naaptol didn;t tested the item before shipping and when I am trying to raise complaint then the customer support executive is refusing to take complaint by saying that product warranty was for two days only. This is totally unfair policies whose purpose is only to cheat their customers.

<p>Recieved an order from naaptol which hasn't been ordered by any of my family member. My mom recieved it and paid 700rs as she thought I might have ordered it. My mom once has ordered from naaptol so all the same details were written on the package like address and phone number but that no. Is not in use now. Someone else is operating it now. The most crap company ever seen. The products delivered are used and useless. Also different from regular discription. My story is ordered a set of 9 kitchen serving set. When got the package saw only 3 of them. After contacting one of their members I became shocked to here the words. They said that 9 pieces means 3 caps , 3 vessels and 3 spoons.
