Hi All, I started purchasing medicine with Netmeds,  always I place my order earlier before my medicine ends but Netmeds never delivered medicine in time, they are not able to supply as their commitment.  Friends I called Netmeds customer care service several times but they not taken any action for in time delivery. Ordered medicines for my mother on 13th. On 13th itself got a mail saying ordered handed over to courier and on 14th I got the tracking id. Since then there is no info on the delivery. Called many number of times to netmeds customer support, each time they say its in transit. They gave a couple of tickets as well but no one responded the tickets. I had ordered a product on 03rd October 2018 and haven't received it yet. After speaking to their customer care center, I have been told to wait for 3-4 days more. Seriously will never wither use or recommend Netmeds. If you guys have a lot of patience and can wait for atleast 15 days of time, only then order through Netmeds. 1mg is the best site for ordering medicines with excellent on-time servicing for its customers. view more

Be aware of Netmeds.com. Its fake and and a bogus company. They will never stick to delivery schedules promished. They do not even have have essential stock of medicines. There is no Escalation matrix. Once you pay they will never deliver you the medicine. In my case I have to finally cancel the order but again till date I am yet to get refund. Hence do not get trapped by this online medicine e-commerce site name NETMEDS.COM. A bunch of cheaters. view more

The website claims all kinds of discounts and a wide range of medicines. I thought I'll try to buy my medicine online and this was my first attempt which turned out to be a disaster. I placed the order via app since it promised unbelievable 20% discount. The total appeared the same as the one I pay monthly to my neighbourhood store. I had a bad expedience with this web site. They claim that they are 100 years in field of pharmacy. Their customer testimonials (Rajasekar- Chennai) show up in home page is nothing but fraud. Because they do not accept the generics alternatives to your prescribed medicine, to reduce treatment cost.
