<p>Whimsical at best and callous at worst are the two prominent attitudes any hapless customer will encounter if he / she ever has the misfortune of shopping at this site. guys I have purchased from them using my 425 pepperfry points , but highly disappointed with the services , I have ordered 2 products on 10th of this month out which 1 has not been shipped so far and the other which has been shipped via quantum contains wrong awb no. Have a chat with their cc executive sanket few days back who assured me that I will receive the ordered products in 2 -3 days but till today after 4 days their is no sign of relief. Will never buy anything again from them.

They are cheaters. Changing policy within hours. “Find the Mistletoe” points still not credited. Whenever I chat their CC, they say wait till evening and then in evening tell them all story again. I am not impressed and would not spend a single penny there.
