<p>I had ordered a t-shirt for my dad on his birthday and instead of being a large size it was a medium so I asked for a replacement. All coupon and bullshit is fine but the trick is that the coupon they provide for replacement is worth on 15 rs above its value meaning that I am not able to get the same t -shirt of a larger size from the coupon and am forced to buy something else for the money. Pepperfry.com is the worst online shopping experience. The prices are attractive but they don’t have infrastructure to delivery the orders. The customer help line personnel are polite but too ill informed to be of any use.

Hi Guys, I am wexed person who ordered products from Pepperfry.com, Their service was too worst. I have placed 3 products in single order. they have sent those three products separtely,with in that i have recived 2 when i was enquiring about the other they are saying it has been delivered but the fact is i havent recevied the product yet. In terms of Customercare those r the worst people i have ever met. Guys Please dont buy anything from this website at any time.
