I have good experience with Pepperfry and no issues so far. They have good quality products and are found genuine. Their customer service is quite good and quick and their chatting service was very useful and people were sincere and good. They delivered the products in time in proper packing. There are many free shipping items in their site. Some times they give heavy discounts !

Till now I have purchased many products through them, and my experience till now is ok. They have wide range of products, and pricing after applying with coupons most of the times is cheapest compared to other websites. Their customer service is also prompt is replying and resolving any issues if there are any.

Worst service… Please dont prefer pepperfry. I ordered 20Liters Microoven and they send 7 liters . Instead they are blaming us and representative is not listening our concern too… God know when it will be resolved. I prefer not to purchase anything from pepperfry… Worst service and they fool the customers with false expectations.

<p>I placed an order last year for a sweatshirt of size M. Now they gave me a sweatshirt of size L. Then when I ask them I want size M, they say its out of stock now. It was a prepaid order. When I called up their customer care (who know absolutely nothing about their processes) they say they will refund the amount. <p>I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from PepperFry.com. Last month I ordered one sanjeev kapoor tandoor from the site’s home and kitchen section however the item is yet to arrive. While ordering in the site it was clearly mentioned the item could be delivered to my address tentatively by 27th February 2013 however now all they are doing is taking extraaa time for resolution every 48 hours one email asking for 48 hours more.
