<p>I ordered 2 pcs of furniture worth 15k. After delivery the packaged and un-assembled products are lying in my house &amp; no one has come to assemble them after repeated calls and emails everyday! Everyday their customer service keeps telling that someone will come today but no one does. The so called <strong>“account manager” is never available on call and has never replied to even 1 email</strong> of mine. i have ordered a product from Pepperfry , it was discounted one, made payment, got the mail that order is shipped, but never got that one,customer care said order is lost by courier, after inquiry in blue dart courier they said this is wrong tracking number, and order was never shipped with us. Pepperfry only used my money, not refunded uptill now,( never buy from from Pepperfry)

<p>I face very bad experience with Pepperfry team. They are not professional and prompt to help. <p>Found a good deal and ignoring DD ratings, I still went ahead with a purchase. First thing is their <span class="caps">SLA</span> for shipping – 6 days to ship (not deliver)?? Which country are these guys in? I expect items to be shipped in 2 days flat. I ignored this too and thinking that its the max time, nothing stops them from shipping it earlier. <p>I ordered many products from pepperfry and their service is just good . When I order any product i just receive them in just 4-5 days. Products are well packed in box and covered properly. good to customer care centre where any issue is resolved . I have ordered recently bajaj light using 150 off on no minimum purchase but they cancelled my order saying pincode is not serviceable but it looks cheap policy as previously i receive items on same pin code .
