I was really happy and relieved after receiving the product even before the given time as recommended within 15 days but I received it within 3days thanks for the convinience I was very tensed after reading all the negative reviews that wether I will receive my product or not as I had done a prepaid and actually later I read all the reviews. I must say, it’s absolutely the worst online portal experience I  ever had, firstly they take money upfront and then comes back after 8 days to inform that stock is over and cancels the order. This is definitely a nice way of rolling customers money for their own interest. And what can I say about their toll free number , it takes ever to reach them. Ive had the worst experience of online shopping so far with shoppers stop. I asked for a ‘two fold grater’ n was sent a ‘good grip grater’ instead. The one they sent was not just wrong but the condition of the product looked like it was kept in some long lost dirty corner n finally saw the light of day. I had a very bad experience at Shoppers Stop Inorbit Mall hyd firstly sales executive sold me a damaged piece of jewellery so i got it exchanged even after exchange the jewellery was damaged and the sales person was very rude and not at all friendly and was arguing the whole time. view more

I have requested for an exchange its almost 30 days i have received my order on 24th dec and today it 22nd jan still nothing have done worst service, i have called almost 15-20 times worst service evry exp evn snapdeal is faster then SS and still they dnt have any valid ans when can i expect all the best to doz who have ordered with them view more

*Shopper's Stop ~ My Favourite Offline Store : Online needs improvement* Shoppersstop (SS) is my favourite offline store, I buy lots of stuff from there. I keep looking DD for any GV deals :-P thanks to DD save lots of money too As a online store this need lots of improvement still they are much better now.
