Hi,

I placed my order on 13 July and waited for 1 month to get it delivered. Finally, I had to cancel my order and it was cancelled on 17 August.

Now one month has passed and no refund is made to me. I have written many times and called even more. But no response from my side.

You guys have left me with no option of other than going to consumer court.

I have ordered two V Guard Voltage Stabilizers on Timtara website on 17 August 2012.
Order number is 10309320. As of today (20 September, 2012), I see that the order is awaiting shipment on Timtara website.

Raised a ticket no. 41458 on 12th September stating that its almost a month since the ordering. But there is no change in the order status.

Is there any ombudsman concept that I can refer to and get things working with Timtara ?

<p>Timtara.com is fraud site, which is offering online products with huge discounts and takes payment 100% advance through credit card or net banking. I have placed an order for RS 8990 for <span class="caps">HCL</span> Me tablet on July 22’ 2012 by making payment through Credit card. The product never delivered by Timatara. <p>Hi all,</p> I didn’t see the comments in this website before my friend and I placed an order each (IDs: 10136387 &amp; 10136355). On contacting later since there was no response regarding the delivery we were told that it would be delivered as mentioned within 3 weeks.
