My order no. is #10299544. I ordered a micromax mobile phone from Timtara 31st July 2012 but they failed to deliver it within the given timeline. I have tried calling them since the promised date but I am tired of getting same reply from them that their seniors are busy at that moment and could not talk to me. To whomsoever it may concern. I havent got my money refunded from timtara and its over 20 days. You guys are pathetic and not accountable for your service. I have ordered mobile phone (Order #10302086) on 05-08-2012. Logged complaint and got response that it will deliver on 27-08-2012(After 22 days of order). Still I am ok with that. But I haven’t received my order yet. I have called support number a lot and they just forwarded my complaint. Timtara is the worst site I have ever seen. You order the product, but neither get the product nor the amoung is refunded. And you will just keep on calling to the customer care number who has nothing to to do than to escalate the issue to fucking backend staff.
