First of all, protein is very good for health and so are genuine protein powders. Whey protein powder is derived from milk and is a natural food supplement.

As for your point about not working out and still expecting to build muscle, there is only one way that can happen — by taking steroids. I highly advise against this method. Protein is required to build muscles and if you want to build muscles quickly, you will have to lift heavy weights and consume lots of protein, including supplementation through whey protein powder.

No. Instead of helping you build muscles, running for 30 minutes regularly without weight training will actually make you lose muscles if not done under proper diet.

If you want more advice, you should post your weight, height, age, and your waist circumference.

No. Instead of helping you build muscles, running for 30 minutes regularly without weight training will actually make you lose muscles if not done under proper diet.

If you want to make sure you don’t develop type-2 diabetes (i.e. insulin resistance) later in your life, like your family members, working out is one of the best ways to beat your genetic predisposition. protein is hardest thing to digest compare to any other supplement. if you’re gut is not strong enough, taking protein blindly, may land you in other health related issues
