Again called the Axis Nodal team 3 times today…First two people (one lady & one man) both directly hung up the call on me when I asked them why my card is not being shipped since August…

The last person told me that they can’t track the card in their system & they can’t ship it until they can track it…I told him that I would wait till 14 days more & then I will close my prime account…I will make sure to write about their services now PUBLICLY on each of their Fb & twitter timelines so that thier other customers can see what kind of service they are providing in the name of customer care…

Nodal Office sent me this email “As per our investigation, we wish to inform you that your MasterCards XXXXXXX got replaced by XXXXXXXX on 28-08-2020 and is under production .The same will be dispatched to you shortly and you will receive SMS that the card has been dispatched.”

They are themselves writing in the email that the card was replaced on 28th August but today it’s 29th October & they still can’t ship the card saying they can’t track the card & hanging up the calls on me…

I have never seen any Indian banks’ nodal officers to hang up the call on their customers lol…

I don’t know what that “MasterCards” is lol…Even the Nodal Team don’t know how to spell MASTERCARD LMAO

Just received my HDFC Dinners Privilege e-card on e-mail with a great credit limit, though only a 30% limit can be utilized till the physical card delivery.

I already hold HDFC Regalia Credit Card and this will be my 2nd LTF CC.

In most cases, HDFC doesn’t allow two CCs but it was approved after an escalation with CC Head/Nodal Officer. (Applied on 26th Oct)
Have a preferred salary account, FD/RD, and a good banking relationship.

Thanks, Bro. Just make a personalize case about your current relationship e.g. – If you hold a CC or Savings A/C and you already applied for another credit card. (Share Application No) to [email protected], [email protected], and Nodal Officer of your State/Region.

They shall acknowledge and approve your 2nd card application if meeting the criteria or inform you if limit split is required from existing CC (in case if are unable to approve the 2nd CC)

Don’t wait for application rejection e-mail/SMS if you have an existing HDFC CC.
Keep a gap of 6 months at least when applying a new CC.

I got a call to confirm that I have applied for LTF.
CC said: Fees is 10k for DCB and will be waived off for first year if I sped 1lakh in starting 90 days.
She said I will be charged after 3months, if I don’t want to continue I can cancel the card.
^ Not sure about this. Can anyone confirm? or should I reach CC proactively now only and get the request cancelled/card cancelled to avoid fees.

They sent a person for physical verification at my home today…Lol…Anyone had this experience ?? I already have a Max account with them since 3 years alongwith an FD & also using their MoneyBack CC since last 2.5 years…Still they sent someone for physical verification in my home…

I thought I would get the e-Card in my email like some people here got but I had no clue that they would send person for physical verification & Now I think the application will get declined because I didn’t like the attitude of the person who came for physical verification…

P.S. They did not do any kind of phone or physical verification for the MoneyBack which they gave me 2.5 years ago…

I said yes as it was from HDFC bank, and same offer was available in my net banking.

Axis & HDFC are competing to be the worst customer care provider bank…

Axis Nodal team couldn’t send my CC since last 2 months & even after numerous calls to their Nodal office, they keep on assigning a new reference number everytime without solving the problem…And HDFC sending me card approval email & SMS & then declining based on their verification agent who did not want to work in the Covid situation but because of my application, he was forced to come… laughing laughing laughing

For me personally, I think they wil give me the upgrade ateast to Diners Privilege as my Moneyback is now more than 3 years old & has more than 3 lacs limit on it so they can easily give me the upgrade if they don’t want to give me a new card plus I am extensively using the Moneyback card since like last 6 months intentionally to get an upgrade offer but still nothing…I could use SimplyClick or Apay but still using the MoneyBack just to get rid of that shitty card but no upgrade offer ever provided by them…Currently my concern is being handled by their Grievance Redressal team & I’m waiting for their reply…About credit card issue, I don’t think Consumer helpline can help because they mostly deal purchase related disputes…But I will first contact the Nodal & then I will also email the Ombudsman even if the Nodal team can’t solve it…

But before the Nodal or Ombudsman, I will share the approved & declined screenshots all over their twitter & FB timelines to check their reaction…I told them already in my complaint that you can’t decline a card after sending the customer email & SMS that the card is approved & I told them that I have all the screenshots saved & if you don’t give me atleast the upgrade, I will close my account, my FD & my existing CC…They are very slow in replying or resolving issues but I can wait…

Axis did not ship my card after more than 2 months of fighting with them…Yesterday they sent me an email saying, that card which I had applied is a Virtual card & can’t be delivered physically to my address…

I had applied for Myzone…Since when MyZone became a Virtual card lol ?? laughing laughing

They did this because when I applied for MyZone, the card was LTF from Axis & you guys also must have seen the ads of the card being LTF on all over their site & in their app…

But now Axis does not have any LTF card as per their customer care & credit card guys…They even started charging for MyZone now which always used to be an LTF card I think…

So, since the card is now chargeable, they found this new Ultra Pro Max excuse not to give me the card but it’s totally unfair because when I applied, the card was LTF & even now on the FreeCharge site the card is showing as LTF

many HDFC bank employees dont know what they are doing. I applied on 25-Oct, apart from confirmation email, there was no communication. When I called my branch, the employee told me that my application is declined. All of a sudden a third party person came to my place for verification. Lets see what happens next.

ICICI & SBI both allow applying & keeping multiple cards at a time but it’s not so easy to achieve that in case of other banks…I have 3 LTF cards from ICICI…Apay, MMT Platinum & the basic Platinum chip & I was told that I can hold 5 cards at a time in ICICI but then again, except the Apay, none of their other cards are worth taking if not LTF & they also don’t want to give any LE…I already have upgrade offers to Rubyx, Manchester United Signature & MMT Signature (Joining charge & then LTF) but I’m not interested in paying high annual fees…

Bro, check your iMobile app, in Manage Credit card section > manage credit limit.. If you have LE, then it will show the max limit enhancement..

I applied for and got Diners Black via the link. Didn’t read the terms and conditions fully, attached only 1 smart pay bill, thinking it would be first year free.
Called customer care and they don’t know if its first year free or not. They have given DCB LTF to a few of my friends, but said that is impossible for me.
Thinking about cancelling this card and ending all relationship with HDFC.

Their offers come with 100 thousand conditions anyway and the discount is never more than 10% on anything. New Diners 10X partners are horseshit anyway.

Any other bank which maintains good relationship with customer ? How is Axis Burgundy & BoB ?

He told he will convert my LTD diner club miles to LTF Relegia

He told need minimum 5 lac limit for upgrade to DCB.

Okay with this as from relegia one day it will bounce up to INFINIA
