Later on it'll get approved and added in SBI card app.
Received 11 Days msg on 11 Sep, didn't receive any call or any follow-up msg after that. Anybody else on the same boat?

only physical biometric done and then 11 days sms and then 9 days sms on 11th sep.
But no card details nothing. I had a sbi card earlier which was closed long long back but using that credentials when i open the sbi app, i can see the old card details and not the new one.
what do i need to do ? i did not receive any link for signing ..( only one verification call after biometric next day)

They called me and said no income docs required and only KYC needs to be updated and agent will come to home. But no one came since 7 days. This looks too bad on SBI
Contacted the lady who helped me in vkyc and she said that card will be approved after 2nd verification call which will comes from the bank. May be my nearest branch not sure. So she asked me to wait.
Can someone please share the number from which second call comes?
Got 11 days famous message on 11 September after VKYC and second call. But today status is "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time.". I don't know how SBI team is working.
Already have HDFC card with limit 2.5 Lac and cibil 765.

You were taken for a ride by sbi card system which is nothing unexpected when it comes to sbi cards system, your application will likely be rejected citing "documents mismatch" as you applied for cashback card with 999 annual fee while this declaration says simplyclick with 499 annual fee.
anybody please clarify this ... I apply for cashback card... but in applications, shown as simply click....
Received mine yesterday as well!
Applied on Sept 8th. Instant approval. Virtual card instantly provided. Used it the same day. No documents, video or in person KYC etc. No prior relationship with SBI. Limit 2.49 lakhs which is a little low.
You must be happy that they offered u limit above 2 Lakhs. They had offered me just 50K limit. All my other credit cards have min 2.5 to 3 Lakhs limit which is ideal for me. A few others here said they received just 10K limit even when they had existing sbi credit cards with higher limits of 2 Lakhs and 3 Lakhs.
I have raised a complaint to increase the limit and they have given a timeline until 20th September. If they don't increase the limit most probably will close the card after 10 months citing low credit limit.
