Thank you for writing to SBI Card.

This is with reference to your communication dated 14/9/2022.

SBI CARD: We wish to inform you that we have taken a note of your complaint vide service reference no. 1188319754217, regarding Card Dispatch Screen Blank. We would like to assure you that the same is under consideration.

Further to this, we will apprise you on the status by 21/9/2022 . Our executive will reach out to you via e-mail, SMS or call.

I applied on 7-Sep and got approved on same day. Motive was Amazon sale of 23 sep. 

Virtual Card Not visible. Last 4 digits visible on app.

Daily receive mail card approved but no info of card dispatch. Will be useless if I dont get for amazon sale.

Got 9 working day msg today. Vkyc done a week ago. 

1st Sep - Card Applied

2nd Sep - Biometrics done

3rd Sep - Received 2 verification calls 

6th Sep - Received 11 working days wala sms 

10th Sep - Received 9 working days wala sms 

15th Sep - Received another Address verification call 

The status still says "Your SBI Card Application is in progress. We will get back to you soon"

I AM RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE NOW

Finally able to see last 4 digits of my card in the app but when I choose my new card it shows me following screen - 

And after clicking get started I get following error. Any resolutions??

Showing limit of 29000 only on cashback card. Have a limit of 2L on smply click. What do I need to ask customer care to readjust my limits?

No verification call after vkyc which was done last sat, first verification call disconnected in 16 secs, yesterday got 9 day sms, today can see last 4 digits of card in app with limit of 26k where simplyclick is having limit of 2.25lac. Anyway to share limit with another card. How to see virtual card? 
if limit remains 26k then not possible to gain max benifit by purchasing iphone during GIF. 

I called customer care about limits readjustments as the card was visible in the app today morning. One guy hung up and disconnected the call.. called again next guy told my account no. is not updated yet call after a week. What the hell?? 29k limit bloody hell.. Not sure when they will send physical card and not even recieved message for virtual card.

Got limit of 110000₹

i can finally see last 4 digits of the new card on the app. i logged in using old credentials of the card which i closed long back.

now please tell me how to get card details ? they might take a long time for delivery of physical card. pls help as how to get virtual card details

Today received a call from a mobile number which shows as fraud in Truecaller he introduced himself as calling on behalf of sbi cards and right after that call got disconnected

I applied yesterday and the status shows as below. Don't understand what is the next step any video kyc, no communication after that

"We would need some additional information from you to process your application. Our representative will contact you shortly."

Received welcome message today but when I am trying to make a transaction using the card it is giving a error 

“Your contact detai s like e-mai ID or Mobile Number are not registered with us. Kindly note that it is mandatory to link Mobile Number or e-mailID to process online transactions.”

Card started showing today morning in the app but no message/email recieved confirming the same and bothing related to virtual card also. When shall I expect the physical card to be dispatched? From which location are they dispatching the card?
