I got a call for verification today at 18:40, and it got disconnected inbetween.. will they call again or my card will be declined now?

for amazon, i guess even simply click gives almost same considering 2.5 % plus 2% as cleartrip spends

Seems the bank executives are playing hide and seek.. Irony is they are verifying existing sbi cc customers several times and issuing cards to brand new customets without any physical or video verification. What a joke SBI is playing..

Does anyone know if buying gift cards via paytm/amazon will count as wallet transactions or if they'll be eligible for 5% back?

Damn finally approved,okaish 1.5L limit. Want to abuse SBI so much but it will not be enough. My main fear of rejection was i already hold 2 sbi CC both FD based.

Applied on 2nd Sep,physical verification on 6th. First call on 7th, 2nd on 8th and then complete radio silence. Then on 13th i kept getting calls from +9144 and i ignored it thanks to truecaller but later through this thread got to know its sbi's last call. I thought my card will be rejected but luckily got the call again yesterday and attended it and today got approval message.

Is it worth with 10k limit and annual fees around 1200.

I'm also having simplyclick.

I have a Simply Click card and a Saving Account in SBI.
I applied on 2nd Sept 2022, did the KYC through Digilocker. After that the process simply ended abruptly but I got the application number in SMS.
Anyways the KYC person came on 5th Sept, took my pic, requested me to generate a Virtual Aadhaar, then he realized KYC is already done through Digilocker. He got Forms signed, as for others there was no Cashback Card listed in the form so we cut Simply Click in the list and instead wrote Cashback Card and I signed.
I got a SMS saying Welcome to SBI Card Family, and link to the benefits page. No virtual card.
After that I got 1 verification call and nothing after that.
When i try to check the status online, the status is " Processing" , and on the next page it takes me to the "Schedule KYC Page"
It's been 10 days since the person came, and this was supposed to be an instantly generated Card ?
Ive logged in to the website and also checked on the SBI Cards app, only my existing Simply Click card is listed there.

I'm not too keen on the card as I already have Citibank, HSBC Cashback, 2 ICICI Bank Cards, HDFC Millennia , and SBI Simply Click. I don't like to be stuck with a pending application. Also as others got the 10K limit, I would rather not get the card with that kind of limit.
I guess there is no way to cancel the application, we'll have to wait till 21 days complete.
Anybody else stuck with a Application Under Processing like this ?

So, yet again received verification call- 3rd time; I got really pi**ed and asked them to cancel my application.

Has been a irritating experience.

Just got a 2nd verification call from +91 98xxx 05202 after a week of esigning. The call got disconnected 1st but went through as she called again. She was confirming company and current residential details. Lets see what happens next.

Didn't got message or email, tracking on website,app says application under process.

Called customer care, they said card approved with xxxxxx limit, will be contacted by bluedart in 3-4 days

Any way to generate virtual card?

Applied on 1st, no update till now. Customer care is useless, they don't have any update other than asking us to wait for few more days

Status on website says applications declined… but getting calls for verification. Just did home verification. What’s happening ?
