I placed an order on myntra for Apple Airpod2 seller Flashstar on 03.03.20 and today when i received the package in front of their delivery executive, i am surprised to see that the product is duplicate and the same is available in local market for Rs. 3000/-, I raised an issue with them but I need help for you people that what can i do???? Please help please help.

If u received the same then its definitely copy of Apple Airpod2
Its not duplicate..it is original one
May be the packaging had been altered recently
If it would have been a copy product, Apple site would return an “invalid serial” error but they did not…Copy product hone pe Apple serial detect hi nhi kar paata but they are clearly saying that it’s a replacement product so chill…

i bought in December…same packaging…original product….apple website picking serial no. and shwoing date of purchase not mentioned
Yes i know that but as per my screen shot you can see that apple website does not recognise my serial number and hence its prooved that its fake.
serial no. is inside airpod cover…under lid of airpod cover
Then what about the serial number is on the box and I talked with the cc apple and he told me that the product is replaced product and out of warranty then its clear that why i accept this product which was already out of warranty and replaced in short 2nd hand product. Now i ask you all dimers that carefully check your product authenticity.
Few vendors somehow found out a loophole to get access to devices that were supposed to be replaced and have been selling them all around. I was trying to get hold of an airpods pro on OLX and almost every listing I come across I ask for serial number of their device and most of them throw similar error on Apple’s website.

I understand, but in my case I purchased it from Myntra as new device not a 2nd hand or replaced/out of warranty product.

why are myntra denying for replacement what is their listed return poilicy?
Received a call from Myntra and they are telling that only serial number has been replaced not product and the funny part is myntra cc told me that they are responsible for warranty. If Apple not providing the warranty then we take up this matter with their head.
Serial number is replaced when product is defective and replaced. Means someone has returned and new serial number is stick to your product
One thing is clear in my mind that on successful resolution this dispute, I will definitely uninstall Myntra App and also make video of the same and circulate it on social media because of this mentally heressment.
Everything is clear now. Today I visited Apple Service Center and the output was shocking. They told me that 1. This is not 2nd Gen Airpod, its 1st Gen, 2. Its not Indian, it was from out of India, 3. Its already Out of Warranty and 4. The serial number which is on my product is already replaced.
Its clear Myntra did a fraud with me for Rs. 12499/-.
Now, please help me that what can I do further and how to file a lawsuit against them. Should i have to do an fir against them or directly going to consumer forun.
Consumer forum would be a good option. Rest you must try to get a solution at your end first.
Deal All, Received update from Myntra that they are going to initiate the return process. A big relief to hear this news.

Check serial number of product on http://checkcoverage.app...om, if it’s a duplicate product then this page will show that serial number is invalid.
Take a screenshot of it and send it to Myntra.
