Avoid new brand unless they're going to remain in market for next 8-10 years.

I suggest to Go with the big OEMs dell,hp, Lenovo. Or you can also try Samsung they're trying to get into the market very aggressively.

I dont think you need high spec laptop unless you want ti run android. soo go for budget thing. dont waste money. coding can be done on low end devices too. I3 10 gen or i5 should be enough with 8GB ram. , make sure you get 512gb+ SSD not HDD.
