Removing lien should have nothing to do with having savings acc or not. I think it depends on branch & if a branch allowed you to open a fd without savings acc to take card against FD then they should not insist on opening savings acc later too just for removing lien.
Had applied for indusind aura through bankbazaar. Now status on bankbazaar showing approved but no response from indusind side. Pathetic experience.
My application still showing In process since the 19 July.
when did you applied?
Can someone please tell what the approximate criteria to get a LTF pre-approved SBI credit card ?
I read somewhere in a different discussion that we need to maintain at least 70K+ in savings account :O
Only spend based fee waiver.
I want to apply for AMEX cards on card-on-card basis.
Already have HDFC Regalia First with 3+ lakh limit. Self-employed. No income proof. Living in tier1 city.
Any referral or agency number? Don’t want to go through policybazaar shit.
Also, which AMEX card is good with minimum fees?
Can some #CreditCardExpert please confirm whether HDFC reports the card limit to Cibil or not ? I have heard that HDFC CC doesn’t reports the CL to Cibil !!!
My both hdfc cc reported to cibil
no brother! HDFC won’t report credit limit to CIBIL. I have escalated this to HDFC and got written communication also! They just report highest usage limit only. This is actually minus.
I have Moneyback with 6.08L limit but they report 93K only to CIBIL, which is my highest till now.
In the process of applying for Yes Bank credit card. Do they carry CIBIl score and KYC verification first or phone verification? I mean I understand my CIBIL is checked (below 700) and also received a call from their agent asking me about my office location. Then within half an hour, received a call from Yes Bank credit card verification dept. to confirm my name and other details submitted.
My point of query is since my CIBIL already checked, they should not have called me for phone verification and rejected in the first place. Since they have called me for phone verification, should I anticipate that chances are high of approval and low CIBIL no more a barrier?

I am more interested in why do you even want new credit cards with a cibil score below 700.
Yes, HDFC offered me a Regalia credit card even without their savings account and even when my CIBIL history not created.
Received a call regarding my office location, and it appears that the office location played a role.
Anyone applied for Sbi Simplyclick cc based on Existing FD based cc of any other bank having limit above 30k and that cc has been used for more than 6 months.
I have read in various posts that Sbi Simplyclick cc can be applied based on Card to Card process with above mentioned criteria and good cibil score (750+). I want to know that how to apply for Sbi Simplyclick cc based on Card to Card process? Whether through offline mode (Branch or Agent) or online mode?
And in this Card to Card to process whether details like occupation (salaried or self employed, work address) and income details, etc have to be provided?
+1
Can SBI cc be applied based on FD? upper limit?
What happens to add-on cards when we upgrade the primary card to next variant ? Do they also automatically get upgraded and a new physical variant is dispatched for each ? Kindly mention if that differs on each bank too.
Anybody having experience with axis bank whether they remove lien from secured cc after some months if customer is having only fixed deposit account and not savings account with them.
And does they provide secured cc against express fd which can be opened online?
