Markets are going crazy and it's IPOs galore in bull market. October will see atleast 5 IPOs out of which 3 are confirmed. My views are
Godrej Agrovet - Long term/listing gains
MAS Financial - Listing Gains/For risk takers
IEX India - Risk takers/avoid - Steeply priced
IEX India investor PTC sold it's share at 140 odd 5 years ago. Few more investors sold from 290 to 600 range in last 2-3 years due to regulatory reason (5% max stock holding in exchange), they are asking 1650 now! Justified? You decide.
In MAS, Motilal Oswal sold share at 338 and they are asking 459 now in a year. This much premium is justified? In rising market, may be. P/E is also higher side considering much bigger players like M&M, Bajaj Finserve etc.
Godrej Agrovet is pick right now with much big production scale, wide reach and less P/E compare to animal feed and dairy products peers. Godrej has good managment and known for leaving something for investors. Take your call.

Well said. Very very true. No one can buy @ bottom & no one can sell @ the top.
Ego is the main reason why many people don’t make money from the stock market. People have a habit of sticking to a particular view or I should say going against the trend. The last 1.5 years were the easiest to make money from the stock market. Despite of that many people didn’t make any money from the stock market.
The reason is simple “Ego problem”. Many people kept on giving random articles by various economists to justify their ego of bearishness on the market. There is a saying “Bhav Bhagwan Che” No one is above the price. Be it any tom & jerry economists.
Going against the trend is like going against the wind. One should always go with the trend. There is no harm in changing the view once the trend changes. But what’s wrong is sticking to a particular view & going against the trend.

The Chief again went back to his people and ordered them to collect every scrap of wood they could find.
Two weeks later, he called the National Weather Service again.
‘Are you absolutely sure that the winter is going to be very cold?’ ‘Absolutely,’ The man replied. ’It’s going to be one of the coldest winters ever.’
‘How can you be so sure?’ the Chief asked.

Couple of observations
Credit Card, Pay Later and online transactions
Credit Card scene has finally boomed in India. Youtube, online forums, Telegram channels are filled with tips and tricks to get credit cards without income proof and similar tricks. So, people are getting credit cards. And pinelab brings no cost EMI (with negligible/0 processing fee) offers at local stores. I think even debit cards are eligible to avail such offers. Pay Later services have boomed too. Flipkart, Amazon, Freecharge etc have launched their pay later services. And users are exploring the rewards stuff. Good thing is that a lot of people are going to be able to enjoy those things. Tons of NBFCs are giving instant loans etc.
It might drag business of Bajaj Finance during these festive sale season, who is famous for its Easy EMI cards.
Stock Market Correction
Stock market correction after reaching new highs is a good thing. Lock downs initiated by China and new deaths related to corona is a topic of concern. But let’s not link things. Market was overvalued. So, that’s how it works. Those who bought shares and mutual fund units during the dip are in profit and other people are going to see the red.
Market is looking alright to me. So, we will see. Ease on lockdown is acting as momentum, people are busy in renovating their houses, shops etc on occasion of festival season, which will continue to last till Jan 1. So, stocks of companies, which are dealing with paint and paint related chemicals, will see good results. Asian Paints, Berger Paints and Sudarshan Chemicals might do well. Delivery percentage is quite good too.
Realty Sector
Paint, cement, cable (Polycab) etc should do well. Polycab, hiedelberg are my picks
Med devices
The habit of pricking fingers every alternate days wont go away that easily. Dr Morepen is easy on pocket n have bad build quality. After dip, sales should be able to bring the stock back to track.
Auto and Auto ancillaries
Tata Motors has given weekly breakout. It is a good thing for the company.
