Your experience with any bank will depend upon how your local branch of the bank is.
I’ll suggest..Don’t ask for bank’s review here. Some will say x bank is good, others will say x bank is fraud. Ask your friends how their experience was at that particular Axis branch.
I’ll give my own example, I and my brother have a HDFC account but in different branches (there are 2 branches in my area), we have similar bank balance as well but for some reason he keeps on getting call for opening FD/RD with them but I have never been called (aka disturbed) by my branch. They never call me to sell their shitty FD/ULIPs etc
