I just hope we don't get broken rewards/offers like what happened with Prime Day this year. They never fixed flat ₹150 back offer on Prime Day for which they made customers watch multiple mini TV episodes. smile

Amazon's customer care & service has become worst lately...Wrong items, missing items, damaged items...

I'm facing several missing items cases & Amazon's customer care & the return pickup guys be like "Send us the Missing item which you have received"....I am now too much frustrated because when a package contains only one item & that is missing, what am I supposed to provide to the return pickup guy ??

In the last sale, we bought an induction & some cookware.. Even after replacing multiple times, every times the products came damaged, broken etc...The package handling of Amazon became so bad, that even the hard metal items coming totally broken/damaged...I had to ask for the refund for all the items & bought from Flipkart...Not a single damaged item by Flipkart...

Knowing English is not mandatory & it's never a bad thing if anyone is not comfortable in English but when Amazon (the biggest ecommerce giant in the entire world) appoints their customer care, we should at-least expect basic English from them...

I am having a hard time with Amazon's customer care...I don't know how much salary they get paid & what is the eligibility criteria to become an Amazon support executive, but Amazon should definitely work on this...

They have become like a bot with only formal replies & no help & everytime asking to give them positive rating even when they did nothing to resolve the issues...

So, broken/damaged/defective items, worst customer care is what Amazon has become now, atleast in India...We had to suffer too much in the last sale...Cookwares with a glass lid was totally damaged & when we unboxed the product, we had to clean our entire floor as the entire floor got filled with the pieces of glass...

I had seen a viral video on Facebook couple of months ago, that Amazon Transport guys are throwing packages from the train compartments on the platform...I can now guarantee that, this is one of the main reasons why such huge numbers of products are getting delivered as damaged...

Many people are complaining about this in the reviews section of many products but Amazon doesn't give a damn...In the meantime, Flipkart's EKart service is getting better & I am also seeing that in the Flipkart product reviews, where customers are writing that they had bought from Amazon & they received damaged items so they had to ask for refund & bought from Amazon...

Until Amazon solves this issue, I will highly suggest you guys to buy from Flipkart if the item is big/fragile & available there...Mostly the items cost same on both Amazon & Flipkart...So, if you are trying to buy something in the sale day & get the card offers from both AZ & FK, go with Flipkart...

Some customer care people constantly calling me to revise my ratings/feedbacks, as I had naturally rated 0 stars because they couldn't resolve my issues...Today I got like 10-12 calls from those people whom I rated zero...

They would call & would tell me the same nonsense (generic & fake non-helpful replies) on the phone & will ask me to revise my ratings telling me that they have resolved my issues which they did not...

I am rejecting their calls but they are still calling...How can they expect that they deserve 5 star feedbacks when they can't resolve a simple issue?? In one of the screenshots which I shared before, you can see that they are saying to me in the chat that my order was cancelled, but they did not...

Even before the shipment, I requested for a cancellation multiple times & they lied to me, that it was cancelled...I had to receive the product as they still shipped the order & then sent it back to get the refund...
