Amazon's customer care & service has become worst lately...Wrong items, missing items, damaged items...

I'm facing several missing items cases & Amazon's customer care & the return pickup guys be like "Send us the Missing item which you have received"....I am now too much frustrated because when a package contains only one item & that is missing, what am I supposed to provide to the return pickup guy ?? 

In the last sale, we bought an induction & some cookware.. Even after replacing multiple times, every times the products came damaged, broken etc...The package handling of Amazon became so bad, that even the hard metal items coming totally broken/damaged...I had to ask for the refund for all the items & bought from Flipkart...Not a single damaged item by Flipkart...

I just hope we don't get broken rewards/offers like what happened with Prime Day this year. They never fixed flat ₹150 back offer on Prime Day for which they made customers watch multiple mini TV episodes.
