as a Matter of fact nearly all mice have optical sensors even the ones that cost >10k
the mice that you have listed 90% of them WON'T even list which sensor they have put in because it's the same one you will get in a 200rs generic mouse
These mice will exp acceleration and spin when you flick them
the sensor is just not capable
and yes DPI is another (kinda useless) thing that these mice gets slapped on with along with RGB
if you check 99% of pro players are on 400/800 DPI only even tho their mice support upto 25k
)
The mice that I have listed just have the bare minimum of a sensor that can perform well
no other thing like DPI / looks / RGB / cost was considered
I would have loved to keep my list under 1k too but I couldn't because there is NO REAL gaming mouse under 1k
( you can just watch out for offers g102 or death adder essential do come under 1k.. there's also 1 option from HP, G360 that goes as low as 700)
Sahil_Jain wrote:omg brooo "both have optical sensors" you said it like it's the same sensorSo this mouse has 6,400 DPI while the second mouse in this list has 7,200...both have an optical sensor for movement detection and looks are subjective. The one mentioned in the article is much cheaper than the one you are talking about. Since we need to get the best accessory under a low budget, this guide has covered some of the most logical deals. But users may have different perspectives too. So if the products that you mentioned are better than the ones on the list, that's good! But it nowhere proves that the mouse we have shown here are inferior. Thanks for contributing to the community!

cosmic byte is brand Joki generic sensor wale mouse bhi Banata Hai and acche sensors ke saath bhi.. same is True for red gear but unke acche sensors won't come under 1k
secondly deathadder essential uses the Pixart PMW3328
third I just mentioned the difference in sensors as the basic difference and you are fixated on it.. there are other major differences too in my and your list
like which switches are used are they mechanical or not
what's the polling rate is it 1000hz or more
fourth point is that no matter what the display size is brother you can always increase your sensitivity and still be on the same 400 dpi if you want to
it's not the DPI that matters but the EDPI
which is calculated by dpi*sens
you can increase any of the 2
at the end I can say the parameters that you have used to compile the list like higher DPI / RGB are the wrong parameters and that's why your list is filled with bad mice
if you use parameters like the sensor capability / polling rate/ switch quality
you would end up with a similar list as mine cuz there are not much options in the market in terms of REAL good gaming mice
Sahil_Jain wrote:sirji I literally said 90% of the mice you mentioned won't list the sensors.. cuz I know some of them will
Just checked the official website of the mouse that you have mentioned...no name for any sensor has been given there. Though, one of the mouse that we have mentioned here:And talking about those 'pro players' you said, I've been clear from the very beginning that different users have different perspectives/opinions/preferences/needs/requirements...so I'd rather pick a gaming mouse with better DPI for my big display.

But do you really think that DPI isn't so important? or you can compensate for low DPI by increasing the sensitivity? DPI is related to hardware while sensitivity is just software related. While playing FPS games, a high DPI mouse will provide a smoother experience. Whereas, increasing the sensitivity will result in jitters in the game. No software settings can cover up for what good hardware parts can do.
Talking about the polling rate being 1000hz, we have mentioned one such mouse in the list. And as you yourself said that there are 'NO REAL' gaming mouse under 1K, finding a mouse in this list with decent features just proves my point of these gaming mouse being the best 'under 1000'.
Also, my parameters being wrong is your opinion, and...as we all know, they can be different.
Lastly, I've picked those gaming mouse that have the best user reviews. Even I've used 2-3 of them and can say that they are worth their price. So if you say 'your list is filled with bad mice', you are clearly denying all the users' experiences with these products based solely on your 'OPINION'.
