Read somewhere that future is of cloud gaming, so no need of individual high spec pc with graphic card, just a moderate pc with high speed internet will suffice the purpose, your thoughts please ?
Cloud gaming can be the future of gaming, no doubt about it
But, as you said, 'high-speed internet will suffice the purpose'...well, to play a simple game at 720p and 30 FPS, you may need at least 15-20MBPS of speed. For 1080p, it goes around 25-30MBPS. Also, our country, as of now, faces a lot of network issues. So it's difficult to believe that many users can get such a decent network at all times. Also, many cloud gaming platforms such as NVidia are still not available for Indian audiences. We are not sure if and when will we get such services here. So till then, getting a good gaming PC can be a good decision. Though, other users may have different opinions about the same.

These are very bad suggestions. So overpriced. In 80k you’ll easily get a 3060 or 3060Ti build with little adjustments. Why would anyone in their right mind would buy an APU for gaming ? Also 1650 and 3050 are a joke in the name of GPU.

I have had consoles since the Xbox 360 along with a Kinect Before I switched over to the Playstation.
However, don't see why a 2 gen old console is being recommended here that too at a price of 30k used.
need at least 1 to 2 tB storage and games cost money too. so suggested 30k or below.
graphics still best for 1080p displays .Mods and hacks possible , Making it a sweet deal if required for gaming only and with kinect it fun for all.

Just buy from local stores. All components will be cheaper than online stores. Also you can build a better PC than the ones mentioned here.

You can change processor to 5600x or get better PSU and make it 80,if you want to reduce budget you can cheapout a little on the board too
