Though, it is important to note that this cheapest annual mobile recharge plan is currently only available in the Jammu and Kashmir circle. Don’t worry, there’s still one more plan that is worth checking out and comes with nearly 400-days validity!

As mentioned previously, BSNL is currently offering the longest-validity prepaid plan and the cheapest one at Rs.2998.
