Better camera than the rest, yes. For overall VFM, it’s meh! There are better phones out there for the same price, maybe even less if someone is willing to settle for a bit inferior image quality.

Iam a pixel 3a xl owner. Though the software and camera great, lack of gorilla glass, lack of waterproof and plastic body makes that device priced very ugly

Need Google TV launch date in India

We need more phones like this with under 6-inch display. Phones that concentrate on basics, having a single good camera instead of 3 or 4 ones. Hope one of the budget phone manufacturers will release at least one model like this just to ignite competition in the small-phone segment.

The World's no.1 search engine is in news, but this time for its smartphones. In a recent official event, Google launched their latest smartphones namely Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G. Both these mobiles come with the fastest 5G technology. They will be currently available in 9 countries including U.K, U.S, France, and Australia, but not in India(maybe due to 5G in its infancy). Well, Google smartphone fans in India can still cheer up because the Pixel 4a will be available from 17th October via Flipkart.

The Google Pixel 5 comes with a 5.7 inch display size, FHD+(1080 x 2340) resolution, and a refresh rate of upto 90Hz. It includes a 4080 mAh battery with 18W fast charger, 8GB RAM, and 128GB ROM. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor. Talking about cameras, on the rear side you will find 2 lenses, 12.2MP(dual-pixel) and 16MP(ultra-wide) while it sports a 8MP selfie lens.

Moving on to features, the Pixel 5 is designed to take on rains and water spills. The wireless charging technology helps charge effortlessly along with a reverse charging facility. Its camera features Night Site, HDR+, and many more functions. You can shoot Hollywood movie-like videos with technologies inspired by their industry tools. Most importantly, it is backed up by ultra fast 5G connectivity which promises great performance for various purposes.

The Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G smartphones are launched overseas, but not in India.

Specifications of the Google Pixel 4a are appealing with OLED display, true black level(body), great contrast ratio, and 5+ improved sensors.

Compared to the Google Pixel 4, the 4a model excels with a bigger battery, high resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and improved body design, but the Qualcomm processor has gone down a series(855 to 730G).

2. Google claims that this device’s battery will last one full day as it optimises usage based on your activity. Additionally, it brings in a 18W fast charging feature.
3. The improved Google Assistant helps you in controlling apps, send texts, transcribe speeches, search recordings, and much more.
4. The Google Pixel 4a is a security master with the Titan M security chip installed in it.
5. You will get security and OS updates for a minimum of 3 years.

Google hasn't revealed the official price of its Pixel 4a, but considering the global markets, we have made a prediction.
